Immaculate Conception Cathedral School’s Upper School students held their annual retreat at Christian Brothers University on Thursday, Sept. 26. In keeping with the retreat theme, “Prayer: A relationship,” they prayed, celebrated Mass, created a big Rosary, played, meditated, discussed, sang hymns, made crafts, and enjoyed each other’s fellowship.
Theology teacher Samia Khouzam said the event was a tremendous success. “Our students’ feedback was extremely encouraging,” she said. “We pray that they cultivate their relationship with Christ through prayer and that they find in Him their closest friend.”
